Decisions on planning applications for our parish are the responsibility of either Dartmoor National Park Authority (for most of Cornwood and Corntown) or South Hams District Council (for Lutton).  The Parish Council is a statutory consultee for the planning process which means that full details of all planning applications relating to the Parish are sent for consideration by the Council which can submit commentary to the relevant Planning Authority.
