Garden Waste Update Letter fron SHDC
Letters from South Hams District Council will be dropping through letterboxes very soon. The letter explains what has led to the current suspension of the Garden Waste service. This letter should have been sent out months ago - although to be fair to SHDC they have been posting regular updates on their website and Facebook, not everyone has access to the internet for a variety of reasons. You can read the letter by follwing the link below.

Clayworks Community Wind Project
Devon Energy Collective hosted the first consultation group meeting to start to explore the possibility of a community led wind farm. The group will be chaired by a member of the community and it was made very clear that the project will only move forward if the majority of the community want it to. The next steps are to elect a chair and to review the Feasibility Report.
You can read the minutes of the meeting which includes a list of people currently involved with the group.
